Community Powers
The African American community has a history of experiencing racial discrimination related to education and employment. Finding a diverse and welcoming workplace that embraces their cultural identity and that is committed to expanding access to opportunities is of great importance to Black students. The African American community possesses a level of resolve, perseverance, and spirit that benefits the academy and world of work.
